Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited when using ArivioPayRoll. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Break any applicable law or facilitate fraud, money laundering or tax evasion.
- Upload data you are not lawfully entitled to process or share.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our infrastructure.
- Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks or interfere with the Service.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service without our written permission.
- Send spam or use the Service to transmit unsolicited or unlawful communications.
2. Fair use
The Service is intended for legitimate payroll administration. We may apply reasonable limits to protect performance and security for all customers, and may investigate suspected abuse.
3. Security responsibilities
You must keep your credentials confidential, use strong passwords, manage user access responsibly and report suspected security incidents to us promptly.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove offending content, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. Serious or repeated breaches may result in immediate termination.
